Hello Again:
Well, here we are ...still... waiting for the Spring! Hang in there, it's
coming! Once we get into the "dog days of Summer", we will be wishing for
this cold weather. (no, huh?)
Anyway, just to keep you all up on the "latest" at Witchies - we were once
again broken into last Tuesday night. They broke in the door, yet again,
and stole money some of which was not in plain view. This time they stole
the scout money. I remembered to take the Kitty money home, but forgot
about the Scout fund. They also went through drawers under the register.
However, we are 99% 9.10 percent sure who robbed us both times. The police
said we can't do anything because we have no concrete proof, however we know
and are a bit relieved. We now also have a Security System and will soon
have cameras installed. It's really sad that we have been here almost 7
years and this had to happen. I guess we had some lessons to learn - we
will no longer keep ANY CASH on the premises after closing.
Thank you to everyone who either called or sent us emails telling us how
sorry you felt, etc., etc. The first time was bad, but this second time
really sent us into a tizzy. It truly feels like a violation and trust me,
the person(s) responsible for this theft will pay dearly as I know a girl
named "W"itch and her name is Karma!
The Universe will deal
with these people in its own way.

OK - off my soap box and onto more pleasant things!
As last year, March is once again DRAGON MONTH at Witchies! Lots of
Dragon merchandise, classes, a Dragon Ritual and oh yes, Julie J..... we are
FINALLY having the Dragon Rune class but it will be run by Cherry, not me.
Dragon Runes will be available for purchase should anyone want to buy them
after the class.
More big news - we have had may requests for an Astrology Class and
Arlene Tilghman has granted our request. Arlene has been doing Astrology
for many years. The class will be a 6 part series, starting
March 9th. Check out the Class Calendar for details and SIGN UP
EARLY as this one will fill up fast!
David and Kitty will once again be holding our Ostara ritual
on Sunday, March 21st. Again, more on that in the Class section of
this newsletter.
I know Morn and I keep saying to each of you who shop at our store and in
this newsletter, but we need to keep telling you all how much we appreciate
each and every one of you (well, there are 2 people we don't appreciate -
but they aren't customers). Without your
Love and Support, we would not be able to continue.

Johnny Depp is starring in
the Tim Burton versions of
ALICE IN WONDERLAND! Tim Burton is a genius (you either love him or hate him),
but I LOVE him! I can't wait to see the movie which opens
this Friday.
So "DON'T BE LATE FOR A VERY IMPORTANT DATE" -Go see Alice and then come
shopping at Witchies! We will have the
Mad Hatter and
White Rabbit hats, as well as a few other things in stock. I'm not sure
we will have them next week, but they should arrive shortly. Also, for those of
you asking about the TRAGEDY ANN dolls.... yes, I am working on a few. I will
have a
St. Patrick's Day Tragedy
available as well as an
ALICE IN
GOTHLAND Tragedy
available for special orders. I hope to also work up a
Queen of Hearts Tragedy
doll as well.
They should be in the store some time this week. Give us a call.
Our Reader (and friend) MARIE has
been missed! She has a crazy schedule but is able to offer us a few extra

We have new stock arriving for Spring.
We realize our name is "Witchy Wearables" so after much debate, we have
decided NOT to change our name (although we are lovingly referred to as
simply WITCHIES), we will once again be carrying more clothing.
An order from Holy Clothing has just arrived and another is due in next
week. We have ordered a few white dresses for those getting Handfasted/Married
and we are making Handfasting Cords and will be happy to special order one
just for you on your Special Day. Also, Morn is Licensed Clergy. She would
be happy to design a ritual and officiate at your Ceremony, if you are
looking for someone.
We are also hoping to once again start making Witch Hats for the shop. What
is a witch store without hats??????????
Lots of new Dragon products coming in throughout the month and our Herb
selection has grown! We hope to have CatWitch's Herb Boxes available soon.
There
has been a bumper crop of new Tarot and Oracle decks released and we have
many of them - including the long awaited Wendy and Brian Froud
THE HEART OF FAERIE ORACLE.
Also,
Morn is responding to your many requests to start another Year and A
Day class by opening up a second series to serious new students starting the
2nd Tuesday in April. This class will meet at 7 PM the 2nd Tuesday of each
month until May of 2011. If you are interested please apply to Morn at
Witchies during regular business hours or email her at
